We’re looking to recruit a Trainer to work remotely as part of our Interviewing Services team on a full time basis.

About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone to support the training and development of our Interviewing Services (IS) Team and work alongside our senior team as a Trainer. You’ll develop your existing skills and play an integral part of upskilling your team.

Working with our Learning and Development Director [VTK1]and Telephone Ops Manager, you’ll identify training needs, help build and develop content, create training documents and identify training updates where needed. You’ll help ensure content can be used by the team directly, as well as being delivered by our senior team and you.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’llprovide relevant and regular training to our IS teams ensuring consistent improvement and first-class support.

As part of this you will:

- Work with the senior team to create, deliver and update training materials

- Deliver training to varied teams to support different aspects of learning

- Review and support delivery of recruitment and onboarding training

- Provide guidance on how to achieve further success on project briefings

- Work with QA to ensure consistency of review and flag interviewers for monitoring/improvement.

About you

This is an opportunity for someone to build on their skills and experience and create supportive, skill building training programmes for a diverse, remote team by working with our T&D Director, Interviewing Services Manager and senior members of our internal team. You may have experience as a trainer, or want to move to a role where you can use your current experience team to support others and help them grow, you will develop your skills and knowledge while you work.

We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic and motivational, patient and flexible and able to adapt their knowledge and skills to a variety of needs within the team. You’ll work with the senior team building training materials, so must be very comfortable using the Microsoft suite.
