Job Description
1) Responsible for maintaining existing customers in Hong Kong and analyzing the market to identify opportunities, understanding customer needs, providing value-added solutions, including but not limited to: local products in Hong Kong, cross-border products from China to Hong Kong, cross-border products from Hong Kong to other regions or countries, cross-border products from other regions or countries to Hong Kong, and meeting the company's revenue growth targets;
2) Responsible for new customer business development, matching existing products and solutions with customer needs, winning contracts, and driving revenue growth. Collaborate with teams to provide new solutions that meet customer needs, win contracts, and achieve revenue growth targets;
3)Responsible for bidding for large and brand-name customers, developing solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations, winning bids, and implementing solutions. Responsible for customer revenue, profit, and satisfaction;
4) Build a sales system, define customer segmentation, develop sales strategies, position products, and build a sales team, including nurturing sales talent;
5) Develop iterative sales strategies, creating a knowledge base of sales techniques and strategies.
Position Requirement
1) above 5 years of sales-related experience;
2) Proactive, enthusiastic, highly responsible, and strong ability to handle stress;
3) Strong customer service awareness, honesty, teamwork, passion, and innovation;
4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, innovation awareness, and coordination skills;
5) Ability to analyze industry characteristics, market research, and business status to form solutions;
6) More than 5 years of local supply chain business management/sales management experience in Hong Kong, with excellent business promotion and cross-team/cross-functional communication and coordination skills, successful experience in selling to large customers is preferred.
