Estate/Property Management with Kitchen/Bedroom office Administrator based in Greenford.
This role is very hands on; multi-tasking skills will be paramount. The post-holder will be part of a team who will be responsible for reception, Facility related items such as meeting rooms, security, cleaning contracts and ensuring the highest standard of service at all times. Liaising with our internal and external clients will require a high level of customer service skills. Prior experience of working in customer service and experience of working within a team will also be required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing a professional and efficient service when dealing with incoming calls or visitors.
- Ensure all visitors are greeted professionally and announced to and collected by the teammate they are visiting.
- Fulfil all stationery requests ensuring that the company gets the best price and service available. Maintain stationery spend spreadsheet and distribute to facilities management for review monthly.
- Maintain records of all deliveries into the reception area ensuring addressees are notified in a timely manner for collection.
- Provide hospitality and housekeeping support for meetings.
- Respond to any health & safety issues promptly implementing corrective actions where necessary, including reporting on issues and attending Health & Safety meetings.
- Monitoring and verification of all facility related PO’s and invoices.
Required skills and experience:
- High level of customer service skills
- Be able to work on own initiative and as a team player
- Have a hands on approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong presence, together with a welcoming nature
- Ability to remain calm and pleasant under pressure
- Organised and highly effective at multitasking
- Can work without direct supervision
- Good administration and high attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Should have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Legislation
- Experience in working in front of reception/facilities role
