Job description
As part of a reorganization of the Sales department, Select Luxembourg has been mandated to recruit an Account Manager.

Taking part in the success of the structure, your main mission will be the clientele development. You will join a small and dynamic team and your activity will be the following:
  • Creating customer loyalty (for the current client portfolio);
  • Prospecting for new customers, by phone but also on external visits;
  • Be the key contact for the client, advising and understanding needs;
  • Participate in the development of the company being a creative force proposing actions to be put in place.

Profile
Profile :
  • You have a first successful experience in a similar position (less than 3 years);
  • You are fluent in English, German and French;
  • Result-oriented, you have a tough mindset and do everything to achieve your goals;
  • You have excellent persuasive and communication skills;
  • You are comfortable and used to KPI's.
