About the Role
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Yardhand /Customer Service to join our Dandenong branch.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Foster and drive the ‘Yes We Can’ attitude in achieving internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Attend to 'walk-in' customer enquiries and purchases
- Answer incoming calls, placing orders and assisting with customer enquiries.
- Provide customers with product, service and procedural information.
- New customer account setup
- Process credit card payments as required
- Support Operations and Sales staff
- Refill and handle LPG gas cylinders
- Load and unload transport vehicles
- General yard duties
Skills & Experience
- Experience in administration and customer service roles
- Forklift licence an advantage.
- Experience cash handling
- A professional and friendly telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- A professional approach and positive attitude to your work
